About the event

We never read or create from a blank slate and found poetry makes this explicit—it’s a way of rearranging that which is around you, to play with the matter around you. It can be an act of changing your surroundings by re-addressing them or a way of seeing yourself in someone else, and through these re-alignment it can help you unlock whatever blocks you are facing in your daily life. And also, it's a playful approach towards creating, as it's based on someone else's words, which means you're not solely responsible for the outcome.

No prior experience in writing is needed or any knowledge of found poetry, I will present it prior to the workshop. The main language will be English, but other languages are welcome.
